My Mom and I came to First Baptist Hamilton in January 2024 and we love being part of the FBCH family! Mom, my sister, Sharon, and I share a home together in Fairfield along with our sweet dog, Bella! I grew up in a preacher’s family in Virginia, Illinois and Mt. Healthy. I have three siblings, some great in-laws, three nephews, a niece and 12 great nieces and nephews that I enjoy spending time with.

I graduated from Cincinnati Christian University (just like my Mom, Dad, and two sisters…my brother was a rebel and went to Kentucky Christian University!) with a Bachelor’s in Christian Education. I am retired from 35 years of full-time ministry having served churches in Flora, Illinois, Jacksonville, Florida and Cincinnati. The majority of my ministry was focused on Christian Education and children’s ministry and I’m excited to be returning to my roots!

I enjoy singing in our church choir, reading, going to plays and musicals, and working with my sister on our craft business, Sisters Unique Designs. In recent years I’ve also had the privilege of working with adults with disabilities helping them to achieve their best life! (We do a Game Night the second Tuesday of each month here at the church building -- come join us any time!)

There is so much possibility here at FBCH and I’m looking forward to working with our parents and church volunteers as we guide our young ones in the path of Jesus.
